All of us in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences, feel a great loss. He was a father figure, a live force and offered great energy and encouragement to all of us in the Dept. Though he held no formal position in the Dept. , he actively associated with us in many of our activities , especially professional activities and provided direction to us in many aspects. We grieve his death and we pray GOD that his soul must rest in peace.

A successful class
When a teacher goes to a class what is she looking for? What "makes her day"? The satisfaction of a job well done, if it is obtained, "makes her day". When is this satisfaction obtained? When the classroom becomes a stage for an interactive process whereby the students learn the subject and are enriched, and show that they are enriched , then the teacher is satisfied. If the students are apathetic, for whatever reason, it ruins a teacher's day.
Students should be taught in schools , what are known as soft skills. They should be taught behavioural skills such as interpersonal skills, team playing skills, manners, etiquette, right attitude, motivation and time management.
When a teacher goes into a class motivated to teach and the students go there motivated to learn; that is when a class can become a success.
Students should be positive and should not have any preconceived notions regarding any system or subject or person; that is when they get maximum benefit out of an institution
